President Muhammadu Buhari met behind the closed doors Tuesday in Abuja with some South East politicians.
The politicians who visited under the aegis of South East Group for Change were led by the former Senate President, Ken Nnamani.
The meeting held in President Buhari’s office at the Presidential Villa.
Other politicians in the delegation were Mr. Emma Eneukwu; Senators Ifeanyi Ararume and Osita Izunaso; former member of the House of Representatives, Sharon Ikeazor; former Executive Vice-Charman of Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), Ernest Ndukwe; National Vice-Chairman, a member of the APC Board of Trustees, Chief Austin Edeze; Dr. Uzoma Obiyo and Chris Akomas.President’s aides, such as his Chief of Staff, Mr. Abba Kyari and some other top government officials joined him in receiving the group.
After the meeting, none of members of the delegation obliged interview from the State House Correspondent.
